In Episode 3, Coach Lovey Acker shows one of his favorite sweeps. It’s more commonly known as the Mermaid sweep, but at our gym you might here us refer to it as the ‘Lo sweep’. Mainly because Coach Lovey discovered this technique while studying 7x World Champion, Leandro Lo. There is a few other interesting ways to finish the mermaid sweep, be sure to ask Coach Lovey about them!
